I popped into this lovely pub last week and was impressed! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends. I tried their homemade pie – absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. The only downside was that it got a bit crowded later in the evening, so I’d recommend arriving early if you want a quieter spot. Overall, a lovely place to unwind after a long day!

What a gem of a place! I came here for a casual dinner with friends, and it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a night out. I really enjoyed the selection of wines and opted for one of their recommended reds, which was excellent. The staff were super friendly and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the evening. I tried their special of the day— a curry that was bursting with flavour. My only suggestion would be to consider a few more seating options outside for those lovely sunny days. All in all, it was a fantastic evening, and I look forward to coming back soon!

We visited this pub during our weekend getaway, and it was a fantastic find! The interior was rustic and charming, with wooden beams and a lovely fireplace. I ordered the steak and ale pie, which was hearty and full of flavour, while my partner had the veggie burger, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The drinks menu was varied, featuring both local and international options. The only improvement I could suggest is to add a few more dessert choices, as we were keen to try something sweet after our meal. Regardless, it’s a great spot to relax with good food and drinks!

I had such a delightful evening at this charming pub recently! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a cosy atmosphere and the wonderful scent of traditional British dishes wafting through the air. The selection of craft beers was impressive – I tried a local ale that was fantastic. What really stood out, though, was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time; crispy batter, fluffy chips, and a generous portion. My friends also raved about their burgers and the vegetarian options available, which is a huge plus! The only hiccup was that our food took a little longer than expected to arrive, but the staff kept us informed and made sure we had drinks to enjoy while we waited. I can’t wait to return and explore their Sunday roast menu – I've heard amazing things about it!
